Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation in this Restorative Yoga class. This gentle practice focuses on supported postures, allowing the body to release tension and stress. Through the use of props and gentle stretching, you'll sink into a state of profound relaxation, promoting healing and renewal. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a tranquil space to unwind, restore balance, and nurture your well-being.

restorative & Yoga nidra

The class begins with a series of restorative yoga poses, using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing your muscles to release tension and your mind to quiet. The focus is on mindful breathing and complete relaxation, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury. Following the restorative poses, you'll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep." While you lie comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), your instructor will lead you through a series of instructions designed to induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being.
